Hey everyone, we just wanted to share a testimonial we received this week. We’re proud of our team, and we’re honored to serve our clients with this kind of dedication:

“…I just wanted to let you know that Greg and your shop crew bent over backwards to get us out of a bind a couple of weeks ago. I had an emergency need of a single ply 330 or 440 belt after (another vendor) shipped me the wrong belt…this was on a Wednesday afternoon and I needed it by Friday so I could prep it so that our guys could install it on Monday. (They) said it was too late to get it out that day and would ship it on Thursday When the belt showed up they had sent me 4 ply 440 and when I called them they denied the fact that I asked for a single ply.

But I had called (another vendor)…and he had suggested I try you guys so I called and talked to Greg he had told me that you guys had some 440 in stock and that he could get it out that day for a Saturday w/c at Penninsula’s Dock. When I asked (the other vendor) if they could get another belt out that day (they) just laughed at me and said not in my wildest dreams!

About an hour later I had called Greg for a quote on a 30″ 3/4 x 3/4 v-cleat and he had a 5/8 x 5/8 that I also had to rush in and install on Monday. He also said they could cut the belt and just put it with the belt that I had shipping that day for a Saturday delivery. To me it shows how valued your customer service is. This quick response from Greg and your shop to get these belts out for me will go along way for future business between (our company) and Rubber and Plastics. Both of our customers were very happy that we reacted quickly and were able to get them up and running with minimal down time. Again please pass on my gratitude and tell Greg and your shop crew thank you for me please.”
